While I'm drawing, especially in this small / intimate format, I tend to wander off in my mind into a dream state.
Time seems to fade away and I feel high on life. Hours later I'm chasing a feeling of euphoria as I can see another rhythmic composition almost completed in front of me. Am I filling the spaces to fill a void in myself, or is this a natural and healthy kind of satisfaction?
It's always a new combination of materials, ratios and ideas. My sense of curiosity, balance and wonder is embedded deeply in this work and I hope this piece helps someone else to let it all flow.
