First off, thanks for even being here on my website. You are an awesome human and you are welcome here.

Just in case you are thinking of buying something from my shop, here are all the details you probably would like to know.

Shipping Policy

Tangible Goods

When buying multiple kinds of products at checkout such as Prints, Drawings or Shirts, you should know that we try to contain the order into one package, but occasionally sent out in multiples if it is too large. Also, we want to make sure that each item is carefully packaged on its own to prevent breakage or damage.

Original Art orders are packed and shipped once per week so it may take up to 3-5 business days before your order is sent out. You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking info once your order has shipped. Delays may happen with the postal service and we can’t control these things after the order is sent out. Your patience is appreciated.

Average shipping times:

  • USA: 5-7 business days
  • Canada: 7-12 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days

    International shipping:

    If you don’t see your country on the list of available shipping options, please email to request it!

    International shipments may incur customs fees. Each country’s customs policy is different. The final fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. If you live in a country where you normally have to pay a standard customs fee, be prepared for that extra cost.


    Order never arrived:

    If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let me know!

    First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you entered the correct address. If you entered the address incorrectly, you may be eligible for a discount on a replacement order.

    If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with me at with your order information. That way I can try to replace your order by sending it to a new address to prevent it getting lost again. 

    Returns Policy

    Damaged items:

    The last thing I want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with me for a replacement at no charge! We have a 14 day replacement policy, but if you don’t get ahold of us by then we can no longer offer a replacement for free.

    To make this process go faster please provide photos of the unsatisfactory product, your order information, and email me so I can make it right. 

    Tangible items:

    There are no refunds or returns for items unless they damaged or get lost in the mail. We don’t have storage or inventory to exchange an item. Please make sure to double product details before ordering to make it’s what you wanted and it’s the correct size/color.
