This is the eighth edition of the “MELT" print series, with a new icy blue colorway!
The original melt prints were first made in 2019 shortly after I returned from living in Buenos Aires, where the Blob was born. It's special to see it progress as my own practice grows over time.
The Melt prints are also inspired by the work of Rita Nelson, my grandmother who was a stained glass artist. You might have seen the melt prints when I incorporated multiple bright colors to achieve a more fun and playful look. These new melt designs are intended to feel more tranquil, like my time spent making art in nature.
