"WALKING EAST" started off an abstract painting made in 2020. It's inspired by the small steps we all take every day down our own paths.
The brush strokes and properties of the paint gave the piece it's character. Capturing that in the printing process was an intricate labor of love and ode to the art of screen printing.
The Atlantic color palette calls back to the the cool waters of east coast beaches with layers of overlapping blues and a pop of yellow for all the energy of the creatures within it.
